5 Steps to Painting a Cute Face

Fabi Simonetti, an acrylic artist from Brazil, demonstrates her technique for painting eyes and a cute face in 5 easy steps.  

Start with cured/dried clay that was painted fleshtone or was pre-tinted.   Sketch the eye shape.  Fabi, who is also a tole painter, uses markers or gel pens to color in the eyes.  A fine line marker is used in last step to add lashes and details.  White highlights are painted on.
