She's speaking in Spanish and some Portuguese, because she's teaching people in Brazil. Kinda neat! Both languages are somewhat similar so she's able to teach her Portuguese speaking audience. Also that's why she's being so careful with the step by step. Whatever she can't get across in words she does in gestures and showing carefully her method.
